  In the meantime, as an example of how mandatory vaccinations are spreading, consider the document here issued by HCA, the Home Care Association of New York State.
  
  The memo here, dated August 21, 2009, indicates that all “home health direct care workers, among others, [are] to be vaccinated against influenza as a precondition to employment and on an annual basis.” The directive was issued by the New York State Department of Health.
  
  The New York State Department of Health expects health care employees to receive both the seasonal and the coming H1N1 vaccines.
  
  The CDC has released a hierarchical list of “groups targeted” for vaccination. Pregnant women, “household contacts and caregivers for children younger than 6 months of age,” healthcare and emergency medical services personnel, and all people from 6 months through 24 years of age are “targeted” for vaccination.
  
  At present, only health care personnel are required to take the toxic shot at risk of losing their employment. “The committee believes that once the demand for the vaccine for these prioritized groups has been made, that programs and providers should begin to vaccinate everyone from the age of 25 through 64 years,” the memo states.
  
  How long before other workers directly in contact with the public will be required by the state and employers to take seasonal and H1N1 vaccinations? Will daycare employees and the counter jockey at the local Quick Pic be required to pony up for their squalene and mercury injection?

State Says Forced Injections, Quarantines For "Rapidly Spreading Germ," But Not Swine Flu

Health authorities in Massachusetts have indicated that they will impose quarantines and mandatory vaccinations in the event of the H1N1 virus mutating into a lethal germ, but that forcible injections are not on the agenda for the swine flu outbreak as it stands.

Concerns about mandatory vaccination programs have been growing worldwide over recent weeks as governments have failed to unequivocally state that the swine flu shot will be voluntary, while ordering enough batches to inoculate their entire population.

These fears have been heightened by warnings from whistle blowers that law enforcement and military officials have been running drills focused around quarantining people who refuse to take the vaccine.

Governments of some European countries, such as Greece, have announced that the H1N1 vaccine will be mandatory, while leaked internal French government documents outline a similar plan for a program of mass vaccination without exception.

In response to pressure from the Liberty Preservation Association of Massachusetts, state officials have been forced to acknowledge that the swine flu shot will not be mandatory, but they did not rule out the prospect of people being forcibly injected or quarantined if the H1N1 virus mutates into a deadlier germ, which many health authorities have all but guaranteed it will.

Massachusetts Public Health Commissioner John Auerbach sent a memo to legislators this week advising them “mandatory vaccination is not and has never been part of the plan or discussion in Massachusetts’ pandemic response.”

However, state legislation passed in April does mandate that people who refuse to follow orders to remain isolated can be hit with a daily fine of $1000 and also face up to a month in jail.

A Boston Globe article also notes that the legislation in place describes “quarantining people who decline inoculations” in the event of a “bioterror attack or the emergence of a highly lethal, rapidly spreading germ.”

The issue of mandatory vaccinations in Massachusetts is especially prescient due to the fact that authorities in Boston have already trialed vaccination tracking technology with the purpose of creating a “vaccination map” charting which people have taken the vaccine and which have not, or “creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination,” as a Boston Globe article describes, via the use of RFID bracelets. Police and military whistle blowers have warned that these bracelets will be used to single out who hasn’t received the vaccine, upon which the individual will be forcibly quarantined by authorities if they refuse to take the shot.

Health authorities in other states have been coy about exactly what level of outbreak severity will trigger a mandatory vaccination program. However, after a concerned blogger called the Arkansas State Health Department it was revealed that authorities there believe that mandatory injections are constitutional and can be enforced at gunpoint if necessary.

Health authorities in Massachusetts expressed concern that suspicion surrounding the swine flu shot could impinge on their plan to vaccinate as many people as possible.

“Auerbach’s letter demonstrates that his agency is worried the dissent could raise doubts about vaccination and imperil an unprecedented campaign to inoculate millions this fall against the seasonal flu and the swine strain,” reports the Globe.

However, concerns about the vaccine are firmly rooted in the fact that it will contain a cocktail of dangerous additives and ingredients.

As we have previously documented, the swine flu vaccine was rushed through safety procedures while governments have provided pharmaceutical companies with blanket immunity from lawsuits arriving out of the vaccine causing deaths and injuries.

It was previously revealed that some batches of the vaccine will contain mercury, a toxin linked with autism and neurological disorders. The vaccine will also contain the dangerous ingredient squalene, which has been directly linked with cases of Gulf War Syndrome and a host of other debilitating diseases.

It was also recently reported that the UK government sent a confidential letter to senior neurologists telling them to be on the alert for cases of a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine. The CDC in America replicated this warning weeks later.

As a result of the dangers of the vaccine becoming widely known, authorities are moving to get out ahead of the story by acknowledging that millions of health problems in the aftermath of a vaccination campaign will be blamed on the vaccine, citing the 1976 swine flu debacle when the shot proved far deadlier than the actual virus.

Reuters reports that public health officials, “Expect an avalanche of so-called adverse event reports, which are reports of death, illness or other health trauma that occur within two weeks after receiving treatment — in this case, the swine flu vaccine,” in reaction to an estimated “one million heart attacks, 700,000 strokes and 900,000 miscarriages.”

By coming out early and claiming that these problems would have occurred without the swine flu vaccine anyway, authorities are creating plausible deniability for when side-effects from the shot begin to appear.

Law enforcement and military personnel are training to set up checkpoints in order to catch people who refuse to take the swine flu vaccination according to whistle blowers, while health authorities are laying the groundwork for a mass vaccination campaign by warning that serious and potentially deadly health problems will be blamed on the H1N1 vaccine.

In a You Tube video, a woman describing herself as a soldier explains how she was part of a drill in California centered around setting up roadblocks and checkpoints so authorities could check who has received the swine flu vaccine. Those who have had the shots will be fitted with an RFID bracelet so they can be tracked. Those who have not taken the shot will be offered it there and then and if they still refuse, will be carted off to an internment camp, according to the woman.

This individual needs to go public with her full name and position because she will already be known to authorities. By remaining anonymous to the public only, her testimony can be dismissed as just someone ranting on You Tube. However, her statements about tracking people who have taken the vaccine via RFID bracelets is something that has already been beta tested by health authorities.

Former Kansas state trooper Greg Evensen underscored this claim back in July. “Have you been made aware of the massive roadblock plans to stop all travelers for a vaccine bracelet (stainless steel band with a micro-chip on board) that will force you to take the shot?” Evensen wrote on July 29. “Refuse it? You will be placed on a prison bus and taken to a quarantine camp. What will you do when your children are NOT allowed into school without the shot? What will you do when you are not allowed into the workplace without the vaccine paperwork? Buy groceries? Go to the bank? Shop anywhere?? Get on a plane, bus or train? Use the toilet in the mall? Nope. Police officers will become loathed, feared, despised and remembered for their ‘official’ duties.”

Mr. Evensen made the following comment at an event in Texas:

Authorities in Boston have already trialed such technology, with the purpose of creating a “vaccination map” charting which people have taken the vaccine and which have not, or “creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination,” as a Boston Globe article describes.

Participants were given a bracelet with a unique identifier code, exactly as described in the You Tube clip.

“Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine or antidote to a deadly germ,” according to the article.

“Anything you can do to better pinpoint who’s vaccinated and who’s not, that’s absolutely vital,” said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy at the University of Minnesota. “I wish more cities were doing this kind of thing.”

While governments have publicly backed away from talk of mandatory mass vaccination programs, their actions behind closed doors indicate that they are preparing for a state of medical martial law.

An international swine fu conference held recently in Washington DC and attended by the world’s top health authorities featured workshops on enforced quarantines, mass vaccinations, and how to “control and diffuse social unrest and public disorder.” Individuals who attempted to gain access to the conference representing the media were turned away by officials at the conference.

As we reported earlier this month, a shocking internal document outlines the French government’s plan to impose a mass swine flu vaccination program on the entire population which would be focused around regional vaccination centers and would be carried out by H1N1 injection teams, completely bypassing medical establishments and GP’s.

Legislation has also been passed in the U.S. that would allow state vaccine teams to go door to door to conduction immunization “interventions” and look for people who have not taken the shot.

It is unclear how authorities plan to enforce any such mandatory vaccination campaign, especially in light of anecdotal evidence suggesting that a large majority of the public will refuse to take the shots. Polls taken in the UK indicate that a majority of nurses and other health workers, the primary targets for the first round of vaccinations, will refuse to be vaccinated.

It is likely that threats, intimidation and removal of rights and conveniences will force most holdouts to take the shot. Once governments start imposing quarantines and travel bans on people for not taking the shot, a sizeable number are likely to acquiesce.

Since the dangerous ingredients that will be included in the H1N1 shots became known to the public, opposition to proposed mass vaccination programs has snowballed.

“We are going to be overwhelmed with potential events,” said Mike Osterholm, a public health expert at the University of Minnesota.

A number of factors now indicate that authorities in both America and Europe are not only preparing mass vaccination programs, but are also training law enforcement and military assets on how to deal with those who refuse to take the shot. Given the fact that around 150 million Americans own guns and would be prepared to use them to defend their families against police and troops forcibly jabbing needles into them, it seems unlikely that health authorities in the U.S. will go down this route. However, by implementing travel bans, school bans and other forms of general quarantine, a good number of those refusniks may eventually be intimidated into taking the dangerous shot.

But a good number of them will stand firm – and that’s probably where the internment camps and martial law will come into play.

Only by diffusing the rampant hype behind the relatively harmless swine flu virus and re-affirming our right to reject enforced medical procedures conducted against our will under the Nuremberg code will the swine flu hoax, which is being used by governments as a smokescreen to accelerate and implement the police state, be defeated.

Local Cops Get Access to Pentagon "Domestic Terror" Database

  On Monday, the Pentagon posted a news release on its website announcing the DoD and the Department of Homeland Security will “grant select state and major urban area fusion center personnel access to classified terrorism-related information residing in DoD’s classified network.” Federalized cops around the country will now be able to “access specific terrorism-related information” on Pentagon and DHS computer systems “in order to detect, deter, prevent and respond to homeland security threats.”

  	The DoD and the Department of Homeland Security will “grant select state and major urban area fusion center personnel access to classified terrorism-related information residing in DoD’s classified network.”

  These “homeland security threats” have nothing to do with al-Qaeda or Muslims radicalized by the CIA in the 1980s.
  In June Infowars posted an article revealing how the Pentagon indoctrinates its employees and soldiers. A multiple choice question included on a Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness training course required for all DoD personnel asked the following question: “Which of the following is an example of low-level terrorist activity?” The correct answer was “protests.” Of course, this nothing new — the Pentagon, the FBI, and the police have considered political activists terrorists for decades, a fact revealed Senator Frank Church’s Select Committee on Intelligence in the 1970s.
  A FOIA request in 2006 by the ACLU revealed widespread surveillance of the antiwar movement during Bush’s reign. “The documents come in response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the ACLU earlier this year after evidence surfaced that the Pentagon was secretly conducting surveillance of protest activities, anti-war organizations and groups opposed to military recruitment policies. The Pentagon shared the information with other government agencies through the Threat and Local Observation Notice (TALON) database,” noted an ACLU press release. “The TALON database was intended to track groups or individuals with links to terrorism, but the documents released today show that the Pentagon gathered information on anti-war protesters using sources from the Department of Homeland Security, local police departments and FBI Joint Terrorism Task Forces.”
  TALON, short for Threat and Local Observation Notice, was authorized in 2002 by then Deputy Defense Secretary and high-level neocon Paul D. Wolfowitz. The database was maintained by the United States Air Force. On August 21, 2007, the US Defense Department announced that it would shut down the database, along with the secretive and classified CIFA that was given responsibility for analyzing the TALON reports. Many civil libertarians applauded the decision. However, data from TALON was not sent to the dumpster — it was migrated over to the FBI and included in its Guardian database. The Guardian Threat Tracking System, created in 2004, was created by the FBI “to manage the resolution of threats and suspicious incidents.”
  Local cops with federal security clearances will now be able to access TALON and related data. “Increasing the breadth of law enforcement that have access to terrorism-related data will further improve the ability of fusion centers to prevent, detect, deter, and respond to terrorist attacks, and advance the combined missions of DHS and DoD to protect the nation’s security,” largely from “domestic terrorists” and “extremists” of the sort spelled out by the DHS in their now infamous “rightwing extremism” report.
  In other words, the next time the cops pull you over because you have a “Don’t Tread On Me” bumper sticker on your car — designated as terrorist symbolism by the MIAC report — they will be calling in to see if you’re a “homeland security threat.”
  “As fusion centers gain more and more access to Americans’ private information, the information about them being made available to the American public remains woefully inadequate,” according to Michael Macleod-Ball, Acting Director of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office. “There is a stunning lack of oversight at these fusion centers and, as we’ve seen, these centers are rapidly becoming a breeding ground for overzealous intelligence activities. Opening the door for domestic law enforcement to gain access to classified military intelligence coupled with no guidelines restricting the military’s role in fusion centers is a recipe for disaster.”
  It is not a “recipe for disaster” — it is a recipe for a police state that rivals anything accomplished by East Germany’s Stazi, the KGB, SIDE, DINA, or other alphabet soup secret and political police organizations.
  Obama will facilitate the process when he extends the USA Patriot Act later this year. The Patriot Act gives “the government the authority to access business records, operate roving wiretaps and conduct surveillance on ‘lone wolf’ suspects with no known link to foreign governments or terrorist groups,” the New York Times reports today.
  As the DHS under the influence of the ADL tells us, the typical “lone wolf” is not a fellow traveler of the CIA’s al-Qaeda, but is influenced by “rightwing extremism,” defined as Second Amendment and pro-life activists, people opposed to illegal immigration, returning veterans, and the “racists” – as Jimmy Carter would have it – opposed to the globalist agenda of Obama.

Washington Post refuses to Post its Own Poll Findings: 54% Skeptical of Obamacare Plan

Editor’s note: The Washington Post isn’t the crown jewel of Operation Mockingbird for nothing.

A Washington Post-ABC News poll conducted in the three days following President Barack Obama’s speech to Congress about his health care plan found that 54% say the more they hear about the plan, the less they like it.

This particular poll result was not mentioned anywhere in the story about the poll that was posted by the Washington Post on its Web site on Monday. The result did appear in the data sheet from the poll that was linked to the story.

The 54% who now say that the more they hear about Obama’s health-care plan, the less they like it is larger than the percentage who answered a similar question about then-First Lady Hillary Clinton’s health-care plan back in 1993 and 1994.

Federal Prison Under Swine Flu Quarantine in Memphis

MEMPHIS, TN – A federal prison in Memphis has been quarantined because of an outbreak of Swine Flu, according to a court document.

United States Attorney Lawrence J. Laurenzi says in the document, prisoners are not allowed to leave FCI Memphis for court appearances because of the H1N1 quarantine.

Laurenzi said, “The United States Marshall’s Service has advised that the facility will reassess the situation on September 21, 2009.”

Prison officials have not released any information about the situation at this time.

Week Dollar Boots Gold Prices

LONDON — Spot gold held steady below a fresh 18-month high Wednesday, underpinned by a weak dollar but struggling to find additional momentum to break the March 2008 record high of $1,032.35 per troy ounce.

U.S. consumer price data failed to give gold an additional boost, as the figures were largely as expected, analysts said.

At 1320 GMT, spot gold was trading at $1,018.55 a troy ounce, up 1.3% on the day and just off the intraday high of $1,020.55 an ounce. The dollar was at $1.4684 to the euro, down from $1.4658 at 0000 GMT.

Obama Pushes for Renewal of Warrantless Spying on Americans

President Barack Obama has once again betrayed his promise to restore liberties eviscerated by the Bush regime by pushing Congress to renew Patriot Act provisions that allow for warrantless spying on American citizens, even in cases where there is no link to terrorism whatsoever.

According to a Wired News report, the “Obama administration has told Congress it supports renewing three provisions of the Patriot Act due to expire at year’s end, measures making it easier for the government to spy within the United States.”

Obama’s support for the provisions should come as little surprise because he first voted for warrantless wiretapping of Americans in 2008 when he was an Illinois Senator, while also lending support for immunizing the nation’s telecommunications companies from lawsuits charging them with being complicit in the Bush administration’s wiretapping program.

One of the provisions Obama is pushing to renew is the so-called “lone wolf” provision, enacted in 2004, which allows for the electronic monitoring of an individual without the government having to prove that the case has any relation whatsoever to terrorism or a foreign power. This is in effect a carte blanche for the government to use every method at their disposal to spy on any American citizen they choose.

The “lone wolf” provision is opposed by the ACLU, whose legislative counsel Michelle Richardson told Wired, “The justification for FISA and these lower standards and letting it operate in secret was all about terrorist groups and foreign governments, that they posed a unique threat other than the normal criminal element. This lone wolf provision undercuts that justification.”

Another Patriot Act provision Obama wants Congress to renew gives the government access to business, library and medical records, with the authorities generally having to prove that the investigation is terrorism related. However, since according to Homeland Security guidelines the new breed of terrorist is classified as someone who supports a third party, puts a political bumper sticker on their car, is part of the alternative media, or merely someone who disagrees with the authorities’ official version of events on any given issue, the scope for the government to use this power against their political adversaries is wide open.

The third provision Obama is pushing to renew allows a FISA court to grant “roving wiretaps” without the government having to even identify their target. This is another carte blanche power that gives the state the power to monitor telephone calls, e mails and any other form of electronic communication.

Barack Obama swept into office on a mandate of “change” and a commitment to restore liberties that were eviscerated under the Bush regime. Despite promising to do so, he has failed completely to overturn Bush signing statements and executive orders that, according to Obama, “trampled on liberties.” Indeed, despite promising to end the use of signing statements, he has continued to use them.

Obama has failed to close Guantanamo Bay or any other CIA torture “black site” as he promised to do.

Obama has failed in his promise to “reject the Military Commissions Act” and instead has supported the use of military commissions.

Obama has continued to allow the rendition and torture of detainees, while protecting Bush administration officials who ordered torture from prosecution and blocking the release of evidence related to torture.

Obama has gone even further than the Bush administration in introducing “preventative detention” of detainees, ensuring people will never get a trial.

In restating his support for warrantless wiretapping of American citizens, Obama has once again proven that his promise of “change” was nothing more than a hollow and deceptive political platitude to ensure his election. Since he took office, Obama has betrayed almost every promise he made and effectively become nothing more than the third term of the Bush administration.

White House Collects Web Users Data Without Notice

The White House is collecting and storing comments and videos placed on its social-networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube without notifying or asking the consent of the site users, a failure that appears to run counter to President Obama’s promise of a transparent government and his pledge to protect privacy on the Internet.

Marc Rotenberg, president of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, said the White House signaled that it would insist on open dealings with Internet users and, in fact, should feel obliged to disclose that it is collecting such information.

“The White House has not been adequately transparent, particularly on how it makes use of new social media techniques, such as this example,” he said.
